Sustaining Health through Adult Driven Physical Fitness Activities

Evidences abound indicating high level of awareness on the importance of physical fitness activities to healthful living, yet very few adults regularly get involved. This paper reviews further the importance of physical fitness activities to the sustaining of health in adults. For the fact that physical activity is individualistic, involving doses and requiring prescription, the paper examines physical fitness activities that are adult driven in order to make selection/prescription easy and to ultimately encourage participation among adults for sustaining their health.
