Image Index > Athletic Scenes > Young Trainer And Athlete, Gift-Giving Youth And Athlete

DESCRIPTION
The same formula as on Side A: two pairs of age-equal youths, one clothed and one a naked athlete. The clothed figures appear to be admirers: One presents a flower or sprig of foliage to the athlete, the other holds a staff and may be, by analogy with the staff-holding figures on Side A and the Interior, a trainer. We see deeply engaged mutual eye contact in both pairs.
