Roza Eskanszi (alternative spelling Eskanazi; née Sarah Skenazi) was a Greek Jew from Salonica who helped to shape Greek rebetiko music. She was involved in providing shelter and food to Jews being pursued by the Nazis and was even involved in leadership positions in the resistance movement in Athens.
