Liberal Arts Bulk Purchasing Program
Liberal Arts Instructional Technology Services (Liberal Arts ITS) periodically
purchases large quantities of computer and multimedia equipment for departments
and colleges throughout the University. By coordinating campus-wide efforts,
Liberal Arts ITS can take full advantage of bulk pricing and realize significant
savings for participating departments and colleges. As a result, state-of-the-art
technology can be obtained for University classrooms at a much lower cost
than would be the case if departments/colleges purchased equipment individually.

Anticipated Bulk Purchases
Liberal Arts ITS generally conducts the following bulk purchases each year:

As long as funding has already been secured for a project, it may be possible
to include the project's purchasing in the Liberal Arts Bulk Purchasing Program.
