1. Una troca salió de Durango
a las dos o tres de la mañana
Dos muchachas muy chulas
llevaban coca pura y también marijuana
pero se disfrazaron de monjas
pa' poderla llevar a Tijuana
2. Los retenes de la carretera
a las monjas no las revisaban
tal vez era respeto al Convento
pero nunca se lo imaginaban
que eran dos grandes contrabandistas
que en sus barbas la droga pasaban;
3. El agente que estaba de turno
en aquella inspección de Nogales
por lo visto ni era muy creyente
y en seguida empezó a preguntarles
que donde venían y que traivan
dijo el jefe de los federales
4. Muy serenas contestan las monjas,
vamos rumbo de un orfanatorio
las cajas que ve usted en la troka
son tecitos y leche de polvo
destinados paí los huerfanitos,
y si usted no le cree pues ni modo.
5. Dijo el jefe de los federales
--voy a hacer el chequeo de rutina
yo les pido disculpa hermanitas
pero quiero sacarme la espina
yo presiento ue la leche en polvo
ya se les convirtió en cocaína.
6. Con un gesto de burla el agente
se arrimo y les dijo a las monjitas
-yo lo siento por los huerfanitos,
ya no van a tomar su lechita
ahora díganme como se llaman,
si no es mucha molestia hermanitas-
7. Una dijo me llamo Sor Juana
la otra dijo, me llamo ¡Sorpresa!
y se alzaron el habíto a un tiempo
y sacaron unas matralletas
y mataron a los federales
y se fueron en su camioneta.
8. En Durango se buscan dos monjitas
que ya no han regresado al Convento
y una cosa sí les aseguro,
que llegaron con el cargamento,
por allí dicen que están muy pesadas,
y que viven allá en Sacramento.
1. A truck came out of Durango
at two or three o'clock in the morning.
Two real pretty girls
carried pure cocaine and marijuana,
but they disguised themselves as nuns
so they could take it to Tijuana.
2. The men that guarded the highway
did not check the nuns
perhaps out of respect for the convent.
They never imagined
that they were two great drug trafficers
that passed under their noses.
3. The agent that was on duty
at that inspection station in Nogales
thought that this sight was not believable
and shortly after he began questioning them.
The chief of the federal agents asked them
where were they were coming from
4. The nuns responded calmly,
"We're on our way to an orphanage
And the boxes that you see in the truck
they are teas and powdered milk
destined for the orphans
and if you don't believe it, well too bad."
5. The chief of the federal agents said,
"I'm going to do the routine check
and forgive me my sisters
but I want to check out my suspicion
I predict that your powdered milk
has now turned into cocaine."
6. With a joking look on his face,
the agent prepared himself and told the nuns
"I'm sorry about the little orphans
now they won't be drinking their milk
now tell me what your names are
if it's not too much trouble."
7. One said, "My name is Sor Juana."
The other said, "My name is Surprise!"
and took out their machine guns
and they killed the federal agents
and left in their car.
8. They look for two nuns in Durango
who never returned to the Convent
and the one thing that they were sure of
is they arrived with the shipment.
Through there they say they live large
and that they live over in Sacramento.
