Chile seems to have tons of different foods that have avocado in them (called 'palta' btw). McDonalds modifies their burgers in Chile with this option called "Pollo Jr. Italiano" The chicken sandwich is called "Italian" because of the green (avocado), white (mayo) and red (tomato) colors of the flag of Italy.
