Description

This image of newlyweds reflects the idea that marriage is an ancient institution that still exists today. In a French marriage, women gladly take on the role of the traditional wife and mother. In a marriage, women run the house by doing the housework and taking care of the entire family. On the contrary, men are not expected to do household duties. Whereas in United States, roles within the nuclear family are more flexible and also more loosely defined.
