Description

The country of France has a slogan, or motto, which is,"Fraternite, Egalite, Liberte." This motto can be seen anywhere and everywhere. Most buildings have it hung over their doors in big, metal letters to let all who pass by that they live by French ideals. Similar to the way that Americans say the Pledge of Allegiance every morning in grade school, this motto is shown all over the country to reitterate the importance of its meaning. It is most commonly seen on government buildings, schools, and monuments
