Even the youth, pictured here, is indoctrinated at such an early age into the religious schema of the country. Growing up in France, it would be extremely difficult to separate oneself from the overwhelming displays of religious iconography (e.g. grand cathedrals, basilicas, religious effigies). This picture demonstrates that relationship, which one person may have with religion in France. From an alternate perspective, this can also be categorized as an image of authority.
