I have noticed that dog-walking is not as popular in France as it is in Austin, but it is definitely used. I have seen some people around the streets of Paris and Lyon walking their dogs and to my surprise many times without a leash. This picture was taken in the town of Chamonix, and I thought it was interesting to see that in such a touristic place with so many things to do, people also enjoy their leisure time walking their dogs around the town.
