Description

Making our way towards the famous Guignol's theater, I stumbled upon a harpist on the streets of Vieux Lyon. Plucking the strings gracefully while serenading passers-by in a sort of Franglish dialect, I managed to take her photograph at the exact moment that she looked into the camera. It's hard not to notice that she is well dressed and clean, (not to mention playing a harp in great condition) but with a basket out for change all the same. Maybe it's her love of music or the need to entertain, but everything about this picture is interesting to me and something that would be hard to find in America.
