This photo was taken near Perrache Station. We were walking and looking for a place to sit and relax in the park when we came across this fence line with a lot of bags of cloths, cardboard, mattresses, etc. We sat down and observed people go up to the fence line and take cushion to sit on. Another person took cardboard to place under their blanket to sit on. I thought at first maybe its just place where the homeless gather. We then started to realize that they all knew each other and the kids knew each other. One group of men were sitting down playing dominoes. We started to think that maybe they are all gypsies, but we are not sure.
