Description

I mentioned to my host family that Americans like to eat eggs for breakfast, and so of course the next morning there was a brand new carton of eggs on the table just for me. The carton looked the same as you would see in the US, but when I opened it I was so surprised! The eggs had hay, dirt, and even a little liquid on them! I laughed out loud to myself because I thought it was so interesting. I had never seen that before in the US. I asked my parents about it, and they said I was right. Most eggs come straight from the farm to the table, there isn't even time wasted to clean them. I've been so fascinated so far with the way they treat agriculturally based food, but this one has to be my favorite.
