  1. “Tragic Rome? Roman Tragedy and Roman Historical Drama” for the Brill Companion to Roman Tragedy (G. Harrison, ed) (under contract — draft submitted in 2012).
  2. “Wars More Than Civil: Memories of Pompey and Caesar in the Octavia” (accepted in October 2012 for publication by the American Journal of Philology 134.4, December 2013).
  3. Staging Strife: The Art of the Octavia (monograph in progress — manuscript draft to be submitted for consideration in August 2013). This was the major project that was funded through the Memoria Romana Project and is a study of the way literary allusion and cultural memory intersect in a drama on the Julio–Claudians' fall from power.
