Works in Progress

I am working on the publication of a manuscript book with the help of MR funding, part of my PHD (“Forsan et haec olim meminisse iuuabit. Recherches sur les formes et aspects de la mémoire dans l'Énéide de Virgile”), on how memory functions in the Aeneid. This book will try to define how Memory works in Vergil's Epic: places, objects, characters define the poet's vision of the role of Memory. The book will consider and analyze some important extracts that help to portray Memory as a Virgilian/Augustan key notion.
