     Pascal Jeannin est le patron et directeur de Pascal's Catering Company. Il s'agit d'un service traîteur qu'il a ouvert en 1986 et qui emploie trois employés permanents. Pascal's Catering Company dessert les grandes surfaces et restaurants comme Whole Foods Market, Central Market, Louie's 106, et The Four Seasons Hotel. Ils préparent aussi pour des occasions spéciales, comme des mariages et des banquets. M. Jeannin s'occupe du service traiteur de la U.T. Law School également. Les spécialités de Monsieur Jeannin sont les pâtés et les sausissons.

     Originaire de Bourgogne, Monsieur Jeannin a étudié la cuisine à Dijon. Il a travaillé pour un restaurant français de Mexico City, Mexico, avant de venir à Austin où ce chef extraordinaire a travaillé pour deux restaurants différents, et ensuite, en 1986, il a lancé sa propre entreprise, Pascal's Catering Company.


     Pascal Jeannin, is the owner and director of Pascal' s Catering Company. His company is a catering service which he opened in 1986 which has three permanent employees. Pascal' s Catering Company is serving a number of stores and restaurants, such as Whole Foods Market, Central Market, Louie's 106, and The Four Seasons Hotel. They also prepare food for individuals for occasions such as weddings and banquets. They cater for U.T. Law School as well. Mr. Jeannin's specialties are pâtés and sausage.

     Originally from Bourgogne, Mr. Jeannin studied cuisine in Dijon. He worked for a French restaurant in Mexico City, Mexico, before coming to Austin. In Austin, this extraordinary chef worked for two different restaurants, and then, in 1986, he established his own company, Pascal' s Catering Company.
