Objectives

The conference will cover a wide array of subjects on Nigeria during the twentieth century. This is the first scholarly conference to review the entire history and society of Nigeria during the twentieth century. It will lay the foundation for a follow-up conference on Nigeria in the 21st century. Scholars from many disciplines are represented.
