Description

The grand'place is one of those places that represents a whole country. This UNESCO World Heritage site is one of the world's most famous squares. I believe the word "exquisite" seems to perfectly describe it. The baroque style and the guild houses are even more impressive when one thinks of the destruction that various wars have brought to this location. Since no other town square in the world compares to it, it is a good example of LESCANT's Enviornment.
