A work day of an agroindustry implies beginning very early in the morning, supervising the activities at the farm, the primary units of production, to carry this out completely without any mishaps. Later, at midday, one checks at the plant the product transfer activities according to the various ways that it might be required for their sale. In the same way, one supervises the administrative activities that include relations with various financial entities and one makes sure that all the activities of the day, including the exporting of the product at the end of the afternoon, are carried out as they should be.
I would say that the part of work that most grabs my attention, one couldn't describe it in specific terms because the activities during the day are all completely different, which creates a situation in which I enjoy all aspects of my work. Difficult, well initially any job would be difficult, but to the extent that, with the experience of years, one forges on, and the work doesn't imply any difficulty. In fact it is the opposite, it is a pleasure to do it.
As to the training, it is complex, since in order to completely learn the activities that are undertaken as an administrator, first one has to familiarize himself with the product that you are going to administer. That is to say, you have to know about the strawberry, what are the distinguishing facets by which a perishable product can go through, right? Once this is known, the rest of the administrative activities become much easier.
As to work experiences, those with foreign workers have been fantastic in the sense that they provide us with many skills that these people have been able to take advantage of, umm, they have changed many aspects of their life, referring to the organizational part, the details part, in all, they are very pleasant experiences.
