My name is Gloria, and I am going to answer the first question which is to describe in detail the responsibilities that one has at work. The first responsibility that I have here at work is the money, because I work at the window, where withdrawals are directly processed, deposits brought by clients, checks are paid directly to authorized persons. The biggest responsibility is the cash, that is, payments and receipts.

Well, the second question, describe in detail the activities during a typical day at work. Well, at the start of the morning when the bank opens at eight thirty we start to receive or pay cash according to the clients, what they will do that day. Deposits are received, the withdrawals, are processed directly in the computer that I have there at my work station. I pay the people's checks, the majority professors of the university with whom we work. At the end of our work in the morning or in the afternoon we reconcile the balance. We compare the audit tape that comes out of the computer with the ones that we have in our hands, that is, the copy of the deposits, withdrawals, or actual checks, balancing everything perfectly with the computer.

The third question is, what part of the job do you enjoy most and why? Well, the part that I enjoy most is to work with the computer, where we introduce all the data of employ..., sorry, of clients. We have there everything recorded to facilitate, day after day our work. Why do I enjoy to work more with the computer? Well, because there I learn more than in the other part of my work which is counting money, which is the easiest, but with the computer one always learns something extra, to process data, to receive it, anyway that is what I like the most.

The fourth question, what is the most difficult part of the job and why? Well, I think that the most difficult, that is, there is none; it is simply very delicate to work with cash. You have to be really careful counting money because if you lose any of it you have to pay for it, because you are responsible for your place of work. And so for me there is no difficult part of the job, everything is easy, it is simply a matter of practice, all the time practicing and training every day, then the work becomes much easier.

The fifth is to describe the training skills or knowledge which are necessary to do this job. Well, as I said, it is a question of training, of practice, of being constantly day to day at the same place because we always have the same job here. They don't rotate us, unless we want to change to another department. But, since we have had enough time working in the same department what we do is train and acquire the knowledge that we need, especially since these are very easy things.
