Todo mundo está estudando o inglês. Os brasileiros também se incluem. E nesse negócio entre falar espanhol ou inglês aqui no Brasil, a preferência é inglês quando a pessoa, o brasileiro sabe falar inglês, porque na América do Sul a gente tem uma certa competição com a Argentina e com quem fala espanhol. Então a gente não gosta muito da pessoa falando espanhol pra gente porque a nossa língua não é espanhol como a maioria do mundo acha que a gente fala espanhol. Então a preferência, se todo mundo sabe falar inglês, a preferência é o inglês.

Everyone is studying English. Brazilians are also included. And this thing about speaking Spanish or English here in Brazil, the preference is English when speaking to someone, to a Brazilian who knows how to speak English, because in South America we have a little competition with Argentina and with those who speak Spanish. So we don't like the person speaking Spanish to us because our language isn't Spanish like most of the world thinks that we speak Spanish. So, our preference, if everybody speaks English, our preference is English.
