onde agora que está mudando essa mentalidade de tentar professionalizar
mais as empresas, não privilegiando tanto os membros da família,
mas sim verdadeiros professionais, onde a sua classificação
é feita pela sua habilidade mesmo e não pelo fato de ser parente.
In Brazil there are still many family businesses, where now it is changing
this idea of trying to make the companies more professional, not giving
so many privileges to members of the family, but to true professionals,
where their classification is made based on their ability and not on the
fact that they are relatives.
