While we saw many great street food vendors in each city in China, my favorite was this gem at the Muslim market in Xi'an. It looked like they were selling brains, skull and all...I passed.
I noticed that most restaurants don't waste much. Most places places included feet, bones, liver, etc. in their chopped dishes... but this is extreme!
Wow. Somehow I missed this place.
