100 Year Old Eggs. They aren't actually that old, they just look it. They were also pretty tasty, although I think I was the only one that liked 'em.
Wow, this is an interesting way to display the dish. And after finding out they are eggs I'm not sure I would like it either! I enjoyed tasting the different types of cusine though and I'm always open to trying different foods from other cultures. I think it's interesting to see what is "appetizing" to other people.
