Hotel Information

Participants will be staying at the Holiday Inn at Town Lake. Click Here for a map.

Please make sure that you book your hotel room in plenty of time. Because we have special rates for the conference rooms, it is important that you follow these directions when reserving a room.

The cost should be approximately $109 a night for a room with double beds. Conference participants are encouraged to share rooms, however, the University of Texas and the Conference Administration is not liable for failed agreements among conference participants.

Anyone who has other accommodations or chooses another hotel for the weekend is responsible for their own transportation to and from the University of Texas where we hold the conference. For those staying at Holiday Inn Town Lake we will have shuttles every morning and evening taking participants to campus for the conference and back to the hotel at the end of the days events.
